The CKU series intermediate drive CNC lathe is a four coordinate two axis linkage, semi closed cycle CNC lathe suitable for various types of automotive rear axle housings and rotating shaft parts that require simultaneous turning at both ends. The control system adopts the Japanese FANUC 31i system; The two 8-bit electric tool holders of the machine are arranged at both ends of the bed, and each tool holder can be optionally equipped with an axial detection device. The machine tool automatically changes the axial position of the tool holder based on the detection value, thus achieving the detection of the axial dimensions inside the machine before part processing, meeting the processing requirements of evenly distributing the remaining parts. The motor device, driving device, and intermediate driving device constitute the main transmission chain of the machine tool. The driving device transmits the power output from the main motor to the intermediate driving device through the coupling and spline shaft, controls the in-situ and end position of the intermediate driving device, and achieves the accurate stop of the main shaft; The intermediate drive device is the terminal of the main transmission system of the machine tool. It receives power from the spline shaft of the drive device through the transition shaft, realizes its own rotation, and drives the workpiece to rotate.
